By accessing or using the SmellWell Society website and subscription services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

SmellWell Society reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from SmellWell Society. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

 

3. Subscription Services

SmellWell Society operates as a recurring monthly subscription service. By enrolling:

• You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.

• Your subscription will automatically renew each billing cycle unless paused or canceled before your renewal date.

• Billing occurs on the date associated with your initial purchase.

You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation must occur before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.

 

4. Products and Availability

SmellWell Society curates cologne, lotion, and body wash from respected niche, artisan, and designer fragrance houses, including but not limited to Dior, Tom Ford, and Armani.

Product availability may vary. We reserve the right to substitute products of equal value when necessary.

All products are offered subject to availability.

 

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

SmellWell Society reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will not affect orders already processed.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. We are not responsible for failed transactions due to inaccurate billing information.

 

6. Shipping

Shipping is included with standard monthly deliveries within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances. SmellWell Society is not responsible for delays once orders are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

 

7. Returns and Refunds

SmellWell Society is committed to delivering a refined and consistent grooming experience. Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, certain limitations apply to returns and refunds.

By placing an order with SmellWell Society, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review your request.

All return requests must be approved before any item is sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion

 

Subscription Charges

SmellWell Society operates as a monthly subscription service. Your membership renews automatically each billing cycle unless paused or canceled before the renewal date.

We are unable to issue refunds for subscription renewals that occur after the billing date. You may manage, pause, or cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard to prevent future charges.

 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

 

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Opened fragrance or grooming products
• Used products
• Subscription renewals after processing

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, text, images, graphics, and design elements, is the property of SmellWell Society and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

SmellWell Society shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or subscription in question.

 

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Fragrance perception and performance may vary by individual.

 

11. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. SmellWell Society is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
